I’m Mathieu, a Swiss sports teacher with a passion for movement, nature, and adventure. I’ve mainly taught physical activities to people with mental disabilities, and I’ve also worked as a ski and cross-country skiing instructor in the Alps.

For me, there’s nothing better in life than skiing, good cheese, and going on adventures — like when I cycled across South America last year. To me, these experiences represent pure freedom.

I love sharing my passion for the outdoors and for sports in general with people from all around our wonderful world.
