In general, we are looking for people with:

Relevant work experience
Teamwork, organization and control skills, attention to detail and good memory are essential for this work
We will prioritize candidates with good knowledge of the Tromsø area, winter equipment, outdoor activities and local knowledge. If you are keen to learn, we look forward to seeing your application
Good English with written and spoken proficiency. Norwegian, German, French and Spanish will be an advantage
Enjoy working in a flexible international environment
Creative and solution-oriented

We have two main seasons: Winter and Summer. At the moment, our busiest season is the winter. This is when we employ the most staff.

Winter - November to May

In the winter season were are always looking for:

1. Guides

Previous guiding experience preferably in winter conditions.
A current first aid certificate
A valid driver's class B licence and kjøreseddel (we recommend applying this early.)

2. Workers for our rental centre

3. A ski technician

In the summer season we need:

1. A bike mechanic
